Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA): Housing Resources

Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness: The Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness (MICH) is a cabinet-level body led by Lt. Governor Flanagan and is comprised of the commissioners of 15 state agencies and the chair of the Metropolitan Council. It is accountable for leading the state’s efforts to move towards housing, health, and racial justice for people experiencing homelessness. The Council is co-chaired by Commissioners Harpstead (Department of Human Services) and Ho (Minnesota Housing).

Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) Training Center: CSH offers a Supportive Housing Training Center that offers practical, interactive training solutions designed for people working in supportive housing, including both service providers and property management.

C4 Innovations: C4 Innovations partners with organizations to develop customized, strategic learning plans and solutions that deepen knowledge and build skills and ultimately advance whole-person care, support recovery, achieve health and wellness, and improve outcomes for hard-to-reach populations

National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) Center for Learning: Online learning modules informed by best practices from the front lines of homelessness.

Minnesota Child Welfare Training Academy Mandated Reporter Trainings: self-paced learning module designed for professionals identified by law who must make a report if suspected or known child maltreatment has occurred.

The Homeless and Housing Resource Center (HHRC): Easily accessible, no-cost training for health and housing professionals in evidence-based practices that contributes to housing stability, recovery, and an end to homelessness. They have online webinars, trainings, factsheets, and articles.

The Housing Stabilization Services TA Team: The Housing Stabilization Services Technical Assistance Team is a partnership between CSHEi ConsultantsMESH, Housing Matters and North Star Policy Consulting that supports communities across the state in utilizing Medicaid for housing supports in order to maximize resources needed to end homelessness. MN Housing Benefits 101: Housing Benefits 101 (HB101) helps people who need affordable housing, and supports to maintain that housing, understand the range of housing options and support services available

Family Homeless Assistance and Prevention: Find the provider in your county if you or your family are currently experiencing or at risk of homelessness or in need of security deposit assistance
